Intact was founded in 1985 in the Netherlands by director Sari van Poelje. She is an internationally recognized coach and consultant with more than twenty five years experience as a manager in various multinationals.

Intact is a member of the European consultancy consortium International Process Consultation (IPC).

Intact is located in the Netherlands and Hungary and runs programs in other countries such as the United Kingdom, France and Switzerland.
