Accelerated learning in a safe environment

Coaching offers a safe environment to reflect on personal and professional performance and possibilities. The aim is to optimize individual and team performance through personal and professional development.

Target group
.
Coaching is for people who need to achieve results with or through other people. Intact’s primary focus is on coaching managers and professionals (HR managers, consultants, trainers, coaches).

Steps
.
Each coaching process contains the following elements:

  1. Intake interview (1 hour): The aim of the intake interview is to gain insight into personal learning objectives and agreement about the content and planning of the sessions. An individual assessment may be part of the intake.
  2. Coaching sessions (8 x 1 hour): Coaching will provide insight into interventions and options through reflection on personal and professional experiences. The aim of these sessions is support learning and to create new possibilities through specific exercises and assignments.
  3. Individual evaluation meeting (1 hour): During the fifth and tenth coaching session the individual learning contracts will be evaluated. After a ten-session cycle next steps will be discussed.

Costs
.
The price per session depends on the geographical region, organization and complexity of the request.

Planning and location
.
Individual coaching may consist of five bi-weekly meetings followed by five more infrequent meetings of an hour each. The coaching may be live at one of the Intact locations or through Skype.

Accreditation
.
Coaching and supervision is accredited by EATA, ICF, NOBCO and EMCC.
