Master class organizational change

The master class organizational change is for people who want to develop their ability to manage change within groups and organizations. Goal is to explore specific interventions to increase the durability, effectiveness and efficiency within your group or organization.
The master class is a three-day workshop. On the first and second day we will learn about boundaries in organizations and the key part they play in group dynamics. We will focus on the link between boundary pathology and behaviour in organizations and structural interventions as a motor for change.
Each organization develops through a series of stages, determined by the complexity of the environment and organizational size. On the third day will simulate five stages of organizational development, each characterized by a specific leadership style, structure and possible problems.

Masterclass leadership: relationship and myth

The master class leadership is for people who want to develop their ability to lead others within groups and organizations.
The most straightforward  characteristic of leaders is that they get things done. Leadership has often been described as a position or as a characteristic. In this workshop we will focus on leadership as a relationship.
You will learn that leadership is effective at three levels of organization: the hierarchical structure, the role and the imago. To manage the relationship with members well, leaders have to learn to wield appropriate power bases at each level and know something about the stages of development of membership.
Leadership and followership is one of the first elements of script we develop.
Berne defined script as an unconscious life plan learned in early childhood, reinforced by parents and reinforced by later events, resulting in a known pay-off.
One of the sources that inspired Berne to think about life script was the work of anthropologist Joseph Campbell. Campbell wrote his book ‘Hero with a Thousand Faces' in 1949. He analyzed stories and myths from all over the world to develop a 12 step model of development.
We will journey through the twelve steps of a heroes journey, discovering the mythic aspects of your script formation. We will use film to illustrate each step, describing the essence of each step and the paradoxes that need to be overcome to progress to your next stage of development.
