The PCM coach program consists of a total of 10 days training. It is accredited by ICF as continuing education. The goal is to certify you as a PCM coach, which allows you access to all the PCM coaching materials and the right to coach on the basis of PCM.
Target group . The PCM coach training is for participants who have already completed an introduction PCM and an accredited coach training.
Description of the workshops
- Open seminar: Basic PCM (2 days)
This training program is designed to teach individuals how to use a process communications approach in their work and personal lives. They will learn how to connect with others, communicate more effectively and insure cooperative relationships with those with whom they interact. They will learn how to keep themselves out of distress and how to deal with others who may be in distress. In addition to the course manual, participants will receive their own individualized profiles, which include their personality structure, strengths, stressors and an action plan for success.
- Accredited coach training modules 1 and 2 (6 days)
In the coach accreditation modules we will present the basic PCM theory in more depth. Each participant will coach live and practice interacting in an effective manner. Participants will be scored on being able to use the correct communication channel and perception with each type in their coaching. Participants will get feedback on the content of their coaching, the way they deal with questions from the audience and their matching communication with clients.
- Coach certification (2 days)
For the certification workshop, PCM trainers must be able to confidently and consistently interact with their clients in order to model the method. The examination is scored on the content and process of the coaching by an accredited trainer PCM.
