Description of the workshops
- Open seminar: Basic PCM (2 days)
This training program is designed to teach individuals how to use a process communications approach in their work and personal lives. They will learn how to connect with others, communicate more effectively and insure cooperative relationships with those with whom they interact. They will learn how to keep themselves out of distress and how to deal with others who may be in distress. In addition to the course manual, participants will receive their own individualized profiles which include their personality structure, strengths, stressors and an action plan for success.
- Train the trainer module 1-3 (10 days)

Each participant will also present one of the modules of the basic training and practice interacting with the audience in an effective manner. Participants will be scored on being able to use the correct communication channel and perception with each type in the audience. Participants will get feedback on the content of their presentations, the way they deal with questions from the audience and their matching communication with types.
