Sari van Poelje Drs (TSTA, EMCC registered coach, PCM licensed trainer) is an internationally recognized coach, manager and consultant. She has been working on the interface of people and organizational development for more than 25 years, in a variety of roles and companies amongst others Shell, ASML, KLM, Transavia, Berenschot, and EMI. Her current role is that of managing director of Intact, International Training and Consultancy. Intact is an international coaching, training and consultancy firm, active in six countries. She has published several books and articles on learning, leadership, coaching and OD.

Giles Barrow is a TSTA in the educational field. He is a qualified teacher with experience in working in mainstream and specialist contexts. He has spent most of his career establishing and managing support services for schools and families. In addition to being a TSTA, Giles has an MA, MEd and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Special Educational Needs. Giles has written widely on the theme of relationships in schools and is passionate about the learning process as a pathway for bringing about change for individuals, groups and communities.

Nelly Micholt has been a management trainer and consultant for over 30 years. Over that period of time her interventions have shifted from groups to the individuals in their working environment and later to the organizations as a whole. This led Nelly to do coaching long before the concept became fashionable. Another part of her activities includes teambuilding for newly formed teams, teams in crisis or teams that want to access another level of growth. Nelly particularly likes to work with multicultural teams in different countries and languages.

Jacques Moreau is a management consultant, coach and psychotherapist. He founded his consulting firm 25 years ago and to date has completed than 500 change projects. He is specialized in the diagnosis of psychosocial functioning and creating synergy between the technical, economic, organizational, cultural and human aspects in any firm.

Trudi Newton is a TSTA in the educational field, with a particular interest in new and radical approaches to learning. Co-director of the CITA training institute in Cambridge, England, she contributes to developmental training in several eastern European countries. Formerly a social worker, Trudi has extensive experience in working with young people and adults in youth work, education, training and counselling. She specializes in providing consultancy for individuals and organizations including behaviour and learning support.

Gloria Noriega Gayol PhD, TSTA, is the Director of the Instituto Mexicano de Análisis Transaccional in Mexico City, a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, trainer and supervisor, and a past president of the ITAA. She runs TA training programs in Mexico and Peru. Gloria is a recipient of the Eric Berne memorial award.

Jean-Pierre Raffalli is a licensed coach and consultant focused on providing developmental and problem solving coaching for individuals and teams and increasing organizational efficiency. After a long career as director in retail, he started his own coaching and consultancy company in Luxemburg. Besides Transactional Analysis, Jean-Pierre is a certified trainer and coach of Process Communication.

Charlotte Sills MA, MSc (psychotherapy), TSTA (ITAA), PGCE is Co-Director of the Coaching for Organization Consultants program and a member of faculty at Ashridge Consulting. She has more than twenty years experience as a practitioner of psychological therapy and as a teacher and supervisor of counsellors, therapists and coaches. Charlotte has worked as a consultant/coach to individuals and small groups in a variety of settings, mainly in the public and voluntary sectors. She also regularly presents at international conferences and is the author of numerous articles on aspects of counselling, coaching and supervision.

Margit Sleeuwenhoek is the founder and director of Perpetuum Mobile, an organization focused on facilitating change and learning. She has 15 years experience in training, counselling and team coaching. Margit understands the art of returning to the essence and source of personal power. Within Intact Margit is co-owner of the TAO academy in the Netherlands.

Sandra Wilson PTSTA, BA, MsC, PCC after 19 years in a variety of HR posts in manufacturing, Sandra moved in to the world of consultancy and she has been running her own business for 10 years. Sandra’s successful consultancy experience is in working with large organizations. Specializing in change management, organization design, coaching, leadership and team development, she works with individuals and teams to promote change, increase competence and improve performance in the workplace.

Zsuzsa F. Várkonyi Drs has been working as a psychotherapist for adult clients since 1983. She founded the Hungarian Gordon School, presenting and adapting Thomas Gordon’s courses in Effective Communication for helping professionals, teachers, managers, and lay people. She taught herself transactional analysis and published the first book in T.A. for Hungarians. Between 2002 and 2008, she was executive coach for TMI, a consulting and training company in Budapest.

Orsolya Frank is a psychologist with an independent practice as a therapist. She uses a combination of the Rogerian client-centred approach, TA and Thomas Gordon’s model of communication. She is also a certified instructor in Thomas Gordon’s method and gives Parent Effectiveness Trainings to parent groups. She had a first career in the arts and has been translating Intact’s TA courses in Hungary since 1998.
