Stepping towards new horizons

The Intact training programs allow you to be more successful in your (work) life and to facilitate behavioural change at the individual, group and organizational level. The programs are available in Utrecht, Budapest, London, Lyon and Lausanne.

Specifically participants learn:

• Different models of assessment, coaching and consultancy
• Intervention skills at the individual, group and organizational level
• To work in the context of ethical and professional practice standards
• To reflect on their own identity and behaviour as coach, manager or consultant.

The programs have been developed on the basis of more than twenty-five years of experience as a manager, coach and consultant in international business. They are internationally recognized by the ITAA and EATA, NOBCO and partially by EMCC and ICF.

Target group
.
The programs are for managers, coaches, consultants and trainers who are interested in deepening their knowledge and skills of intervention in an organizational context. Minimal requirements are:

• At least 5 years work experience as a manager, trainer, coach or consultant
• Active attendance of all workshops and intervision groups
• Prepared to take action to realize personal learning and professional development
• Assuming co-responsibility for the group process and their colleagues’ development
• Preparation reading, homework and presentations, papers or projects

Dates and times

The programs take place on workdays from 09:00-17:00.

There are different prices depending on country, registration date and corporate status of the participant. All prices are in Euro.
