The Transactional Analysis in Organizations program will allow you to be more successful in your (work) life and to facilitate behavioural change in others.
Specifically participants will learn:
• Different models of TA coaching and consultancy
• Intervention skills at the individual, group and organizational level
• To work in the context of ethical and professional practice standards
• To reflect on their own identity and behaviour as coach, manager or consultant.
Target group
The program is for managers, coaches, consultants and trainers who are interested in deepening their knowledge and skills of intervention in an organizational context. Minimal requirements are:
• At least 5 years work experience as a manager, coach, consultant or trainer
• Willingness to focus on both professional and personal development.
TAO program content
The TAO program consists of three programs which together result in enough hours of supervision and training to prepare the CTA exam. Participants can register for one year at a time. All participants must complete the TA 101 introduction workshop before attending the TAO program.
Every TAO year includes six workshops, intervision groups and a presentation, paper or project. The individual learning contract is leading in the coaching and supervision given during the program.
TAO 1 is focussed on understanding and applying basic TA concepts in the context of organizations. TAO 2 is focussed on using TA as an effective and efficient tool for coaching and behavioural change. TAO 3 is focussed on TA coaching within an organizational context.
Dates and times UK 2008-2009
The TAO 1 workshops from January 2009 onwards will be given on Mondays and Tuesdays or on Thursday and Friday from 09:00-17:00.
The workshops are 8 weeks apart to enable participants to organize their intervision groups and do their preparation in between workshops. Total investment in time is 18 days per year.

Location
The TAO program will be given at Regents College, London.
If you are not able to attend a certain workshop you may choose to catch up in a different location e.g. in the Netherlands or Hungary.
Costs
A TA introduction workshop costs L 395. Each TAO year costs L 1770.
